Inn of the Prancing Pony. He helps them elude the riders in black and leads them into the wild to an ancient outlook tower.
The Hobbits prepare a midnight snack where their campfire can be seen for miles, so they attract the nine Nazgûl who are chasing down the Ring of Power. Strider successfully defends the four terrorized Hobbits against the nine but not before Frodo is stabbed in the shoulder by a deadly sword.
Arwen finally locates the small band; she then races to Rivendell and her father Lord Elrond with the hope it is not too late to save Frodo.

It was restored finally on the 2001 DVD release.
Christopher Reeve in his fourth and final appearance as Clark, makes the role a little more personal with scenes he himself wrote in 1987's SUPERMAN IV: THE QUEST FOR PEACE. The film also contained fun scenes for Clark such as this one in the health club. Hard to hide your secret identity when you're lifting weights.
Christopher Reeve specifically wanted Margot Kidder to return as Lois Lane for this film, even after she said she wanted a script with a conscience before she would agree. Kidder felt the Superman characters should have something important to say, and say it well, so themes for
Superman IV: The Quest for Peace held to a modern storyline about the current disarmament treaty in the news.

Where do you fight?
For dowsers who work with stage and outdoor shoots: the location should always be checked for solar and water lines before any construction work is launched. The set for M.A.S.H. that served for the film and TV series is located within a large Los Angeles park. The site itself has seven major solar lines that cross each other in the middle of the road, and slightly enter the "swamp" area; the geography is the same in both the film and TV show. One reason the terrain is considered ideal for M.A.S.H. is a natural solar power constantly imparted to the cast and crew by the land itself. Any physical and emotional demands on the troupe are always compensated for by the energy of the place. Players should have a
well-placed and/or strongly aspected Mars for a film career, and stage performance or production work. Sometimes even a vibrant Mars is not enough, due to weather, script changes or other unforeseen delays. It is a real bonus for everyone if there is available energy reinforcement that can be drawn from the set itself.
The down side to this wonderful arrangement is man-made - in the form of a silver reflective material that covers the top of one of the mountains behind the cast. Sadly the mirror effect created doubles the strength of these seven solar lines, and helps produce extreme heat, perhaps fires, that can easily break out along the Malibu Beach coastline.
Note: Director Ridley Scott created a perfect test tube environment for his characters to dramatize the process that will produce alchemical gold. The UK soundstage selected for his fantasy masterpiece, Legend, was consumed by fire. Scott was so exact in every detail that the design of his forest environment was susceptible to sparking during a dance rehearsal. The little forest creatures dance and sang, took a break for lunch, and the entire building caught and reached a temperature that one would expect probably melts gold.
Kingdom of Heaven
Background for the life of Joan of Arc (The Maid), the period known as the "Babylonian captivity of the papacy", and implosion of European infrastructure is clearly described in Ridley Scott's film about the Crusades, Kingdom of Heaven. Scott infuses the atmosphere with themes that call up the chivalry of knighthood traveling next to the horrors of the Inquisition. Open spaces even feel too close for comfort. The same atmospheric texture also exists in the suspense thriller, Name of the Rose.
There is a subtle history of these years that goes beyond conspiracy layers. Many non-Europeans do not grasp the extent of intimidation that existed when the Christian Church had four popes who caused armies to be sent marching. The problem can be tracked back to King Philip IV of France, "in bed with" Pope Clement V, who decided to abruptly disband the Templars, and evaporate a major part of the European infrastructure.
The Templars are featured as the prominent military blessing and curse during the Crusades.
By the mid-12th century the Templars owned properties scattered throughout western Europe, the Mediterranean, and the Holy Land. Their military strength enabled them to safely collect, store, and transport bullion to and from Europe and the Holy Land, and their network of treasure storehouses and their efficient transport organization made them attractive as bankers to kings as well as to pilgrims to the Holy Land. Templars had long engaged in a bitter rivalry with the other great military order of Europe, the Hospitallers, and, by the late 13th century, proposals were being made to merge the two contentious orders into one. Ridley Scott’s Kingdom of Heaven, refers to the difference in the character of both the orders, depicting the Templar Reynald de Châtillon as a bloodthirsty killer.
